Dalton is gorgeous and the yarn ain't bad either! You are one of the few people I know who make swatches for socks – you should be proud of yourself. The yarn looks very nice knit up and not at all what I would have thought it would look like.I'm planning a pair of socks in simple Garter Rib, too. I have to sit in a ski lodge all day tomorrow while my boys have ski lessons and I can't work on my Conwy sock well there. Now I just need to choose the yarn to go with the Garter Rib. It's a great little pattern.
