Glad to hear you had a safe night. I used to be a bartender in Halifax in the late 80's. Man, I hated working Halloween. Bad enough working in a bar when drunks don't have a mask on but put them in a costume and you've got double trouble. They seem to think they can do anything they want with no repercussions. And then trying to find a cab home for bar staff at 4am was no picnic either. Where were ya? Cool blog. Slice of life not many people get to see or understand. Cheers and drive safe.

I haven't eaten at PJs yet, but I stopped by for a couple of pints last week. The interior has a classic pub feel–dark wood interior, comfortable chairs and a large bar. The bar staff was exceptionally friendly. In addition to the bar area–which has several TVs to catch a game–there two other seating areas, as well as an outdoor patio. I look forward to trying the fish 'n chips, the true test of any pub in my opinion.
