Heh! Snicker. Yep, I took ski lessons on one of those bumps in Wisconsin. We had to drive about 100 miles from Chicago just to find a wrinkle in the land. I think they called it a glacial moraine.

I'm planning a pair of socks in simple Garter Rib, too. I have to sit in a ski lodge all day tomorrow while my boys have ski lessons and I can't work on my Conwy sock well there. Now I just need to choose the yarn to go with the Garter Rib. It's a great little pattern.]]>
