With over 100 public and educational channels disappearing since the mid-2000s, we need to have a big rethink about quality public-access TV.
I'm a well-known sexologist, and I've been a public access producer in LA since 1992. My show currently airs every Saturday night on most Time Warner stations in the LA area. My viewers and I will be extremely sad to watch it “die” after all these years of fun and sex education. A woman appeared on Syrian state television Wednesday claiming that she is the young Syrian who was widely reported to have been beheaded and mutilated by security agents while in custody last month. The station said the interview was intended to discredit foreign "media fabrications."
