As most of you are aware I currently own The Station and The Grotte (although the Grotte is almost sold to Steve Edwards).
I currently find myself in the absurd situation,due to things taking so long and mistakes made by myself and others, that I need to borrow money to “see me through” until the New Year.

In a nutshell, The Grotte is sold for 550 thousand euros which I should get in May (there is a 6 month delay in France). I also own my house with no mortgage which is valued at over 500k.
However,both the banks I use here have refused to help me leaving me in a position where I am forced to “beg” or lose everything.

So to make things work I need cash now and am prepared to offer 20% interest. I need 30-40k so, anyone giving me 40k will get back50k in seven months which is much better than you’ll get at a bank.
To me,the refusal to help from the BNP and LCL is astonishing.They would rather just give up than back me.

Although you only have my word for this, those who know me know my word is good. So,if you have spare cash and want a much better return than the bank or even if you just want to help me out-please contact me ASAP.
It doesn’t have to be all this amount-it could be made up from several people,so if you want to help or just want to know more call me ASAP as I need to get something sorted by Tuesday.The bank turned me down with only 1 days notice but fortunately this was a Friday so I do have til Tuesday as no-one in this useless country works on a Monday.
