Grevoius Angels, a canadaian group, have great tune that Peter Gzowski played irregularly on his “morningside program”. From their “one job town” CD, “Saturday Night” , I believe it was called.
“me & Gordy on a saturday night, watching the Blackhawks & getting tight” is a favourite line of mine. Plus the “circle keeps on moving & it never seems to change, hear comes Montreal on a break away”. The shot at Don Cherry at the end is great!
If not the lyrics, the tune should be worthy of consideration.

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, Arlington Station is doing this one. We trade off verses (Lisa sings the second verse). Did it for the first time a couple weeks ago at a local coffee shop open mic and got some nice reaction. Did it for the first time as a full band last Friday. Seemed to go over very well. The “back door” is letting go of attempts to control consciousness…however this usually only occurs after exhaustion with failure of efforts to overcome problems…but being conscious of this back door is helpful by pointing us in a direction so we don't feel totally lost.

LHR is clearly behind here. I had a good post ready for last Friday around choosing the right shoes. I wish we could make this more up timely. i.e. last Friday I had a great outfit and a choice of 3 pairs of boots and 1 pair of shoots.
