This tutorial was simple, yet effective. What I find myself doing is selecting tutorials on Photoshop things that I’ve always wanted to know, but for some reason never tried out. Like I said, following the steps on the tutorial took only a few minutes. But modifying eye color is a useful tool in photoshop. It’s useful for just playing around, while also having a professional application. For example, if there was someone you didn’t really like, you could take his or her picture and give them red eyes. And then mass copy that image and post it around the school. Just a thought. Anyway, to obtain the desired effect I used the elliptical marquee tool and made a circle around the eye with the “add to selection” option selected. Next step: Image>Adjustments>Selective Color, set the color to neutral and tinker with that.
